How to: read carefully

I wish I could tell you blogger is playing naughty or internet was down, blah blah or so, but no, this is me being oh-so-late. This school year is crazy and I really need to get more organised!

I am not a big fan of this color, but autumn is a perfect time for it.

I have made a card for a girl reading her first book.

For this card I am using the sponsor's digi 'Katie reading'. It's colored with Promarkers, distressed with distress ink and I also added some washi tape.

The other embellishments are lace, ribbon, pearls and a pencil button.

There is no sentiment, I only added some phrases Katie reads.
